We stayed here February 12th-15th. At first we were told that there were no King Non-Smoking rooms available, even though that was what our reservation was for. The front desk clerk said that no room preferences are guaranteed. Whatever. They were able to find a room for us at the last minute, so we did get the King Non-smoking room we'd reserved. We upgraded to a Park Avenue room, and if this is an upgrade I wouldn't want to see a standard room. Both the room and the bathroom were very small. The room was clean in the visible areas, but I lost some cash and was looking through the room for it, and the nooks and crannies were not clean at all. Huge amounts of dust behind the nighstands and on top of the armoire. The rooms are apparently not fully vaccuumed based on what I found under the lip of the bed. The bathroom was very basic, but everything worked fine so no real complaints there. We were very happy with the lack of noise in the room. We were right by the elevators and never heard any hallway noise from inside our room, even though the front desk had told us the hotel was almost full. I like staying here because the gambling is cheap (they have $* tables) and there is a variety of inexpensive restaurants to choose from. Casino staff, particularly the dealers, could be much more friendly than they are. Overall, this is an inexpensive choice on the Strip. As long as you're not expecting glitz or superior service, you should be happy with this hotel.

Lots of main floor activity and food choices. Food quality was average to above average. Easy bus access to the rest of the strip and to discount shopping. The hotel seemed to be sucessful in minimizing the number of unwelcome solicitors found in front of many other establishments, making the trips in and out of the hotel easier. Room was well maintained and of good size for the price. The roller coaster is a special treat. Our stay of seven days was probably a few days too long. We would stay again focusing on week nights.

New York New York is by far the best Hotel on the strip. The rooms are huge and the staff keeps them clean. You have a sence of trust at this hotel, the people and staff are all great people,and they seem to stay working for this hotel.I've stayed at this hotel 3 times so far and will do again. and seen the same faces working here. Its location is perfectly set so that you are in the middle of the strip to go anywhere you want quickly and easily. When you compare price to price with other hotels on the strip you get way better rooms, service and location than any other hotel in las vegas. New York New York is the #1 spot on the strip..

The hotel was very nice, with a great room. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well every night. I would have liked a slightly larger room with a bigger bathroom but when your in Vegas how much time do you really spend in your room? The hotel staff was excellent! I would definently recommend a stay at this hotel just because the staff were so wonderful! I had a problem with my luggage and they were more than happy to help me find the items I needed! They also were full of great information about the strip and where to eat, shop, and play!
