We stayed in November 2010. The room was clean and had a great view. The halls, elevators and other public areas were clean for the most part and the access from our room to the casino was outstanding. The casino itself had no problems that I can recall. The on site food was good and a decent price. The hotel was located within walking distance from several other hotels and exhibits. There are also several good restaurants within easy walking distance for variety. Overall it was a positive experience. It was not as elaborate as some of the casinos we visited but as I said, the price was reasonable.

I had a really good time at NY, NY. There is a large casino and lots of boutiques and restaurants. There was even an area that looked like city side streets you could stroll and pick from the many stores, as if, one were in New York City.

I think the only issue I had was the fact that we ended up with a different room type than what was booked. Everything else was great! I had a great time and the hotel had everything we look for in a great trip! Enjoyed the stay!

The hotel was conveniently located on the strip. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel New York, New York. The Spa suite where my husband and I stayed was comfortable, our suite was cleaned everyday, and when we called room service they responded quickly and efficiently. Our cleaning lady did a PHENOMENAL job. She asked us every morning what room we were in and said she would get to our room right away. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel. From the people who checked me in to room service, everything was very positive and everyone was cordial. If there was anything I needed to "complain" about was the smoking in the casino. I'm not a smoker and neither is my husband, so that was the only thing we didn't like but it didn't damper our time in Vegas =)

The hotel has a great ambiance, is very clean, and everyone was very respectful and helpful. Great all-in-one hotel with fun rides, shopping, gambling, and night clubs. Great rooms, best if up higher to avoid the roller coaster noise.
