I've stayed at NYNY 3 times. In the last 3 years, it definitely seems as if they dont care much about customer loyalty. They dont rate you if you play table games less than $25 minimum which is one of my pet peeves. (I'm sure I lose as much if not more than the next guy, it just might take me a little longer). So it should COUNT toward your player points. Even for returning customers, they offer nothing. The table dealers aren't very personable, the staff we encountered weren't as helpful and friendly as they are at other places. The food court is a nice thing to have for quick bites to eat thru out the day and night. The pool area isnt great b/c the pool is surrounded by the tall walls of the casino/hotel, so the sun hits is for only a VERRRRRY short time. Rooms are adequate. Beds are comfortable. Great location on the strip.

I took my mom to vegas for her birthday, it was her first time in vegas. Although it was not my first time, it was my first time staying at New York New York. We had a blast! The hotel has so many good eateries, and bars that you can fun without hitting the strip. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We went for a last minute getaway for our anniversary and the room was nice. The staff was great and responded quickly when there was a slight problem with the toilet when got to the room. The room itself was nice, the jacuzzi was nice but would have been easier to get in and out of if there were steps as the sides were about 2 feet high. The bed was pretty comfortable. The only real issue was that the room had the roller coaster track just outside and we could hear the roller coaster until very late at night. The value was great and it made for a very nice last minute romantic getaway for our anniversary.
