We had a party of 10 flying in from different cities, celebrating a 21st birthday. Ages ranged from 60 to 21. New York had something for everyone, lots of different nightlife and restaurants. We all saw the Zumanity show and loved it!

First of all, the staff to check in took forever. I don't think I have stood so long in line to check in for a reservation made ahead of time, anywhere in the past. Housekeeping put in fresh towels and made the bed, but that was the extent of it. Dirty glasses were left in the room for all the days of our stay. They also knocked once and before I had time to answer started coming in my room, about 2 hours before check out...and we were still there for 2 more nights. Never again will I stay here.

First off... There was heaps of free parking with good access to the hotel. At checkin... The staff offered to upgrade us from a Spa Suite to a Ziggurat Suite for only $40 per night! The suite was amazing... very roomy with loads of amenities and a view of the strip. The dining and shops within the hotel complex were good too. Overall... a great Las Vegas experience!

Nice people at the bars and restaurants. Elevators were quick. Gambling floor and area clean. Food was tried and found good everywhere. Room floor staff courteous. Exceptions: 1 ...... Once at Americana restaurants the eggs were delivered cold. 2 ..... The outside Concierge upon arrival was loud and pushy.
