The music in the hotel's bars/clubs was far too loud. It actually was painful to listen to the music. Also, the in room TV did not work properly. This was reported to the staff but they did not correct the problem and did not offer an alternate solution, such as moving rooms.

The hotel had a true New York feel with the little bars and restaurants. It's a great location. Gambling area would be good for beginners, advanced may think it is too small. There was noise due to the roller coaster... But didn't bother me..

The first room we were given was a mess and not ready for us. The second room the toilet didn't work and the safe was broken. Staff was friendly but not accommodating or empathetic. The third room we were given was tiny so we opted to go back to the second room and wait for hours before the repairs were made. Everyone was friendly but again not accommodating. They were not willing to help in any way other than to shut you up quickly.

I really enjoyed my stay at New York New York Hotel and Casino. Near the south end but still in the middle of so much. The staff was always nice and courteous, from check-in to housekeeping to the dealers on the casino floor, and staff passed in the hall, all were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean with noticable updates; the only thing I might suggest is in the future they may need more outlets. Everyone has multiple electronic devices to charge nowadays and I found we ran short on available outlets. Overall a great experience!
