The value for the dollar was great. The staff was helpful but the check in desk was very slow because they had little help. The casino bar has cheap beer and the cheap tables were easy to get on. Room was not as clean and there was even a little mold in the bathroom so wear slippers! I'd stay again for the price since it is right across from MGM and the strip.

when I checked in they gave me the only room that wad available. I had requested a non smoking rm. I open the door and immediately I smelled smoke I called the front desk and ask them to have someone spray the room. Said they would. Got back late that night and still smoke smell. The next day I told the person making the beds to spray and said she would. Got back late still same smell. The next day nobody even came to clean room. The carpet wad stained. And stains around the bottom of the bathtub. I will never stay there again or recommend it.

I went to the shop to buy a mug for free refill coffee. The white clerk was busy talking to her friends on phone. I interrupted by saying " hi , May I ask a question about free refill?. Suddenly she looked at me with very angry face..and said What???? I go.....May i ask a question She goes..........Wait ~ and she contiuned talking to her friend for a few minutes. I got upset and left. Next day, I passed by to get a towel for a pool use. I asked about a towel to another white lady working there. She looked at me and ignored me and walked away I think that clerks working at the shop are very rude and mean.
