Beginning on April 1, 2013, the resort fee will be increased to 12.95 plus tax.

It was fairly clean. The crowd is a touch sketchy but not dangerous or unsafe. Everything was dated and kitchy. Location is pretty good for the price. Pool OK for a hotel pool but nothing like the resorts. Internet prices absurd.

For the nightly rate, this was a great value. I live within driving distance of Las Vegas and I have stayed in several different hotels. This is an older hotel, but it is in decent shape. Check-in was slow, even at midnight and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes to check-in. If you are looking to save some money, this is a great value. If it is the only time you will visit Las Vegas, I would suggest one of the nicer hotels on the strip.

I have stayed at this hotel the last 3 years for CES. My room is always clean and comfortable. It is convenient to the tram (across the street) or to the CES shuttle (at the Tropicana). There are obviously much fancier hotels in Vegas, but if you are looking for somewhere clean and convenient with no frills, this is it.
