Surprised with a $125 deposit on a prepaid room. I guess it was $25/night for my 5 day stay. Wasn't communicated prior to trip. This is in addition to the $9.95/per day hotel fee that you are notified about. The front desk/management was not receptive at all, thank God I had the $125 for the deposit. Need I say I would have been stranded in Las Vegas for 5 days trying to find a place to stay after already pre-paying for flight and hotel. The room could use some updating, however it was clean and the housekeeping staff kept the room stocked and clean. Had a problem with the TV, service was called and TV was replaced within 10 minutes. Overall, great value for the money. Just be prepared for the deposit and hotel fees.....

Room was not good , there ways little to no water preassure toilet took 2-3 flushes, shower had standing water up to your ankels the sink while brushing your teeth would fill up to the rim , i had no internet service even after calling and the said they would send someone to fix it they never showed up, I was very dissapointed in the service and room i will never stay there again

The first room we checked in to wasn't very good. The doors wouldn't lock and it smelled but after going to the front desk they found as a better room. Bud light $1.50/Roulette $2.50 minimum/Chicken Wings .25 from 12Am-6AM. You can't find those prices on the strip. The dealers were awesome on the 3AM shift so we set our alarms to get up and play when they were working. Shout out to Judi, Alison, Gene, Bill, Shannon, Sue, Aurtuti, and Jason. There is a resort fee per day so be aware of that before you book.

Our room looked like someone threw up in several spots in it just prior to us having it and the carpet was still red. The a/c had a piece broken and hanging and accidently found it when I went to turn the unit on and stubbed my toe on the piece. We had rude service from the staff and had been down stairs playing in the casino for over 2 and a 1/2 hours with out one cocktail waitress coming around. We went to dinner at their Cattelmans Ranch resturant and recieved horriable service. We waited for almost 2 hours for a table, then finaly got one and the lady took for ever to come to us then when she brought our food she never came back around.
