Would not recommend this hotel unless they changed their ways. We tried to check in early but our room was not ready. Then they tried to give a smaller room. Had to show them my reservations in order to get the correct size room. when we got to the room we had to ask for towels. Ice machine didn't work on our floor nor did it work on the floor above us or below us. We also saw a show there and the service was also poor.

I feel like i should have gotten more for my money. Plus there was an incident a few doors down from me that made me feel unsafe. Staff couldnt even give us an update. Rooms need update. View of the strip from the room was cool and the hot tubs were nice. Pool area is cool too but they didnt have the fire pit on. Would have been nice to relax outside after a long day and keep warm. The service at the Mad Onion was bad any time of the day. Was there for breakfast, dinner, and late night wing run and it was so bad every time. Better off keeping the bar open instead. Will not go back to this hotel unless there are some major changes. Wish i would have paid more to stay somewhere nicer.
