So yes I read the reviews before I booked and before we travelled here and I honestly started to get worried. I wasn't sure what kind of place we were going to walk into but we were definitely pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed every minute of this hotel, and had no issues. The staff was great, the casino was a blast, and the cocktail staff was pretty good about drinks as well. The rooms were just fine! I mean no you are not staying in a 5 star hotel but it was still very good and had no issues with the cleanliness. Our only issue was that there was no fridge in the room, which would have been nice. I definitely recommend this hotel/casino to anyone and everyone, its in a good location right across from MGM and NY NY... oh and casino to casino, I would rate HHC (this review won't let me say the name! haha!) way WAY above the MGM. I was shocked at that myself!! We will definitely stay at HHC again next time! Totally won me over! So stay if you want a fair place for a fair price, and know, its not the fanciest of hotels there but it is definitely worth the great price you pay and the staff will make all the difference. Kuddos HHC!! Well done... and I am not an easy critic so thats awesome as well!!!

Excepted far less, but his hotel offers an excellent location for an amazing price! The "off strip" location helps with the price, but this was all walking distance to everything. It is directly across the street from MGM so the location was perfect to getting everywhere since the MGM has the monorail. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is disgustingly dirty. The staff are rude and onboxious and unhelpful in any way. For the amount of money we paid to stay here, I am insanely upset with the service. We were supposed to stay five nights but ended up only staying one because it was so disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
