Overpriced and unorganized
12/06/2012I did not receive the view room that i booked. to compensate the staff said they would send amenities to the room and told us to wait in the room ...
I did not receive the view room that I booked. To compensate the staff said they would send amenities to the room and told us to wait in the room for 30 minutes. after hours we left the room and were told by the staff after inquire that it had been sent to the wrong room. The staff was polite, but the experience was certainly not worth the price.

phones headsets not working in our room, valet taking 40min to get car and we had checked in and left for dinner when we return someone had been in our room and opened the window and it smelled like food but the front desk had no idea who came into our room while we were gone
