The Hawthorn inn suites was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was there for five days and no one bothered to clean my room for four days. I repeatedly called and asked why no one cleaned my room and they always said they would send someone but didn't until day four when I was so fed up I went to see the manager incharged of house keeping. I ran out of towels on day too and when I called about it they told me to go get some from the front desk. They told me I could get washcloths because they were out. Customer service was rude too. When I told the manager my problems with room service she did not do anything to rectify the situation. You would be better off staying somewhere else. If I hadn't prepaid for my stay I would have left after day one. You would be better off staying anywhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only positive thing this place has going for itself is the location because it is near the freeway but I am sure you could find something better. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from that place. It's simply horrible.

This Hotel is a great hotel just has fell off a little because all the rooms should have a flat screen t.v. and they should put all the dishes back in each room if not more so the guest can cook.

I would not recommend this hotel it was not clean, , it was very loud parties all around us were not able to sleep . The police showed up ( due tounder age party ) with the paddy wagon. the staff was not professional ( breasts exposed at the front desk. they charged me twice. and it took 2 weeks to get it resolved. They charged an extra $50 fee for a deposit ( that was not mentioned) which if I did not have it I would have been with out a place to stay

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I come to expect more from a quailty hotel chain such as Wydham. The room was not clean, the staff was very un professional wearing revealing attair ( unless you are at the beach) , they changed a $50 addtional fee as a deposit ( did not inform me of the addtional charge). There were parties going on all around the police had to get invloved. I had a 6 year old and a 7 mon old with me and we were not able to sleep becaise of the loud music. When I arrived there were females hanging out of the window yelling. horrible you should take this hotel off of your suggested list
