Their was an incedent at the hotel that could have been a nightmare where an accident occurred, lucky no one was seriously hurt at the time. It could have been worse than it was due to the shower drain was clog and the water was not going out fast enough but the service was fast and accommodating in order to solve and resolve the problem. Yes I would stay here again due to they were gracious and wanted to make up for what happen and the did so that I would have an enjoyable stay.

Upon arriving at this hotel the staff appeared to not have a clue to what was going on. They gave room keys to new guests that came back to let them know the room was already occupied. This was initially a huge concern for the safety of our belongings. After waiting for the staff to go see if our room was clean we finally got the key to our smokey/smelly room. We were only staying one night so we opted to just deal with the situation. Leaving the hotel I would give it a 2 star rating at best, but the real trouble comes in the $50 charge they just sprung on us. The hotel claims we took 2 pillows and that house keeping "double checked" the room. I am grossed out by hotel linens and such to begin with, why would I ever want to take a used hotel pillow? This is absolutely outrageous, not to mention 2 pillows do NOT cost $50. I bought this hotel thru hotwire and I think they are trying to get an extra dollar. I warn all guests to NOT stay here.
