Asked for a handicap accessable room. When checked in told not ready yet. After about one hour asked at desk and was told room was ready. brought up to room and in wasn't HC accessible. Had to be moved to the right room. The bed and pillows were good.

I've had a number of dealings with the staff, and they are always at least uninterested in helping, and a couple of times have been downright rude. The hotel itself is adequate, but with so many interesting and cool boutique hotels in the same area, visitors would do well to look a little further.

Stayed for 6 nights at the Ramada West Hollywood and you could not ask for a better location. Plently to eat and see. Very safe and within walking distance to a variety of foods and shops. I want to point out the 24/7 Diner next door. Open 24 hours with great food, lovely staff, priced right and a HAPPY HOUR! Was put off a bit about the parking situation. Had to pay to park and it got pretty pricey. You did get in and out all day for one price, but by the end of the week it started to add up. Great stay and recommend it!

I stayed one night, and was very pleased. The hotel was clean, as was the room. In LA locationi matteres more than it usually does, and the location in Hollywood was convenient. I would be happy to stay there again.
