I picked this hotel because it said it was handicapped accessible. It definitely was NOT. My fiance is disabled and there were stairs everywhere that we HAD to use because there was no other option! That and for 2 nights I had to pay $40 for parking that they didn't tell me about when I checked in!

Hotel was nice-Bathroom toilet was so cramped next to the tub, I had to sit a bit sideways. Shower was very clean and bed was great. I was not happy that we were charged for local calls, ridiculous. Didn't mind having to pay for parking, almost all hotels charge for parking.Our reservation was for 2 Queen beds for a family of 4, we got there they said we only had a king size bed. They didn't have anything else except in smoking rooms. They didn't suggest cots. Glad I did. Fortunately we were able to get two cots for my kids. It sure made our room very cramped!!

The hotel was under construction, which was fine, but they ignored patrons waiting at the front desk. They told me I should upgrade to a suite, and I can't imagine what the double room must have looked like. There were no full-sized towels, and I waited in line at the desk for 15 minutes to request a mini bottle of conditioner since there wasn't any. There were three tables for all of the hotel guests to use for breakfast, and parking is $17!

While visiting Toronto we stayed at your hotel for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised as the room rate had me a little concerned as it was a lot less than we had paid in Toronto before. We loved it and look forward to staying again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great!
