The manager is never around when you need him whether at 9, 10 , or 11 am. Rooms don't have wifi service. Only two computers in the lobby. No privacy when you access the internet. Room is old and bathroom very small. Carpet looks wornout. Lost money using the vending machines. Will never use this hotel again

This was an exceptional facility. I enjoyed everything about the experience. The only issue I had was the scheduling of housekeeping. There was only 1 housekeeper per floor. Each floor had approximately 60 rooms. On at least two occasions my room wasn't cleaned. They did provide me with clean towels upon request. I don't believe it was the individual housekeepers fault, but the managements for bad scheduling.

Was not aware of a "daily" fee of $*! Went with very little money and this made the matter worse. When room was booked I asked if this was the full charge and was told yes. Was not happy with the quality of the hotel. The floors were dirty and smelly. Will not stay there again.
