    The room was very clean; the bed & pillows were not comfortable; the staff was VERY friendly & helpful; and the free continental breakfast was good. It's a good place to stay over night, and very convenient to Chattanooga.

    This is a good place to stop over for the night in transit as we were. The breakfast area has 2 tables, so not much room for sitting down to a meal. Nice shampoo and conditioner, which some hotels are no longer providing. Linens were clean and room was comfortable.

    On website stated that they had hot breakfast in the breakfast area. It was more like a breakfast nook. It was very small, only 2 tables and people were having to walk all around each other and stand up to try and eat. The bscuits were cold and hard, and the eggs were straight from a microwave. When we asked the staff about more eggs and biscuits because they were out, They responded, I guess I can get some. Will not stay here again.

    This hotel is dirty and the customer service is awful. When we arrived to our smelly, non-smoking room, we immediately pulled the bedding back (as suggested by all expert travelers) and saw what looked like blood specs. This could only mean BED BUGS were present. We immediately went back to the front desk and kindly requested a refund because of the room quality and blood in the bed. The "manager's" attempt to remedy the situation was by changing our rooms. "No thank you," we replied. We weren't interested after what we had just seen and asked for a refund, which shouldn't have been a big deal since it had only been about 5 minutes since we checked-in with a deposit "hold" on our credit card. We wouldn't have imagined that the conversation would have escalated into high volumed screaming, racist remarks, and us threatening to call Ramada HQ. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. You get what you pay for is an understatement when it comes to this hotel. We eventually got a signed document stating that our credit card would not be charged after the manger saw more guests starting to come in and he feared they'd hear our remarks. We left to stay at a nicer, clean hotel down the street.

    We were late to breakfast on day 1 so we missed most of it, but on day 2 we were earlier and it was good. The milk was watery though. The room was great and the location was ideal.
