    The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. the rooms were a bit old and small but they did the job. good location.

    It's always important to know/research the neighborhood where you will stay. it is the gaslamp, so if super quiet is your gig, then you might want to look ...

    It's always important to know/research the neighborhood where you will stay. It is the Gaslamp, so if super quiet is your gig, then you might want to look elsewhere on a Saturday night, but we couldn't have been happier for a five night stay. The historic preservation, location, pillows, and super friendly staff made our stay very pleasant, and I will definitely stay again when I return. :)

    Rooms a bit on the small side but functional. parking was an additional $20 with no access to the vehicle. free internet. located close to everything.

    This hotel is located in a very busy area of San Diego that has a lot of pricey hotels nearby. This hotel provides its guests with a lower cost alternative, without sacrificing too much quality / comfort. The hotel building itself is quite old (elevator only accomodates 2 people and you have to manually close the door) but it has been kept up to keep its original charm. The hotel is within easy walkind distance of all the Gaslamp district's restaurants and the S.D. Convention Center.
