The location of this hotel is great, but don't plan to spend any time in your room...they were too small and cramped, even for 2 people! The staff was moderately helpful, but the elevator was broken 3 times in a week and there was no AC. We were told our room included breakfast, but did not once we arrived. We would have had to pay almost $20 a person for breakfast. It is close to Paddington and Hyde park, but I would look for something else for the price.

When looking for a moderately priced hotel this one is a good value for the money. It was clean, quite & close to the tube stops. The staff was always curtious & helpful. Do not confuse with it's sister hotel, Quality Paddington, did NOT have good reviews. The size of the rooms {small by U.S. standards} was the only drawback...but o.k. because there was closet & cabnet .storage.
