My new husband and I planned our honeymoon to Hawaii to stay at The Outrigger at Waikiki Beach. It was the perfect location in town. The concierge was excellent! They were able to help us plan everything that we wanted to do while we were there. The hotel is right on the beach. They give you the opportunity to rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Also, they give you beach towels so need to bring them with you. Their pool is a bit small but never really crowded. There is no need to rent a car while you are there but, we did. You can walk to all the best restaurants and shops. There is public transportation to take you to any other shops. The activities such as visiting Pearl Harbor or snorkeling, the transportation is provided. We did need the car to get to North Shore and to get to use the groupons we had purchased before we went. Overall, this was the best honeymoon we could have hoped for.

We have stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach 4 times and each time we have had an excellent experience. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. The aloha spirit is well and alive at the Outrigger. We cannot wait to plan our next trip.

The hotel was nice and close to everything. We walked right outside the hotel and we were on the beach. I would totally stay here again! We received the best service and everyone was super nice. If you need help with any activities go see Heather, the activity concierge. However, if you get a car, it is valet only and parking is $30 a day (which we did not know when we booked the hotel). Another negative is that you are right above three restaurants and can here nose, music, and talking from them at night, usually stops around 11pm-midnight.

Yes, in a heartbeat I'll stay here again. It's near of everything and the staff were great. The only gripe that I have was the parking fee. I wish they have a discount rate for guest. We ended up parking on other parking area. Other than that we were a happy camper.
