Staff went the extra mile

We have travelled many times to Hawaii and have always stayed at an Outrigger. Before Oahu was updated some of them got to the point of being in very bad shape. We were so pleased to stay on the beach and to have such great food. From registration to house keepers to check out everything made us feel most welcome. Our daughters room was changed with no questions asked because of noise.

Great to be able to walk right out of the hotel onto the beech. Do your homework and look for some place to eat "off the Strip" the hotels and chain restaurants are expensive.

Had a partial ocean view. Was what I expected. We had no problems and the service was very good. Plan on staying there next year. Will probably upgrade to ocean front.

Outrigger was the hub for entertainment on the beach! Dukes drew a crowd from all over..even other Islands! We upgraded to an ocean view suite..highly recommended..worth the couple extra bucks. They had a complimentary vow renewal on the beach at their sister property, it was done very nicely. Great street location, center of local shopping and across from Hawaiian Marketplace. The staff was very friendly and polite with great down to earth personalities. Room was kept clean and made up in a timely manner. We highly recommend the Outrigger to anyone looking for a great time on Waikiki Beach.

First time to Hawaii, and loved this hotel - right on the beach, walking distance to so many great restaurants and stores. We loved Duke's and being able to just walk downstairs to be with the action. No complaints at all!
