Where to start? This hotel doesn't offer shuttle service from the airport, so I called to see if they had parking. We checked in Thurs. night only to find out that it was going to cost $ to park my rental car there for 36 hours. The girl checking me in seemed very happy that I was upset about the price of parking and gave my wife and I a room with 2 full size beds. I swear to you that the beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hallway and room smelled like mold. The bathtub had mold throughout. Continental breakfast is complimentary unless you book through Travelocity and then it is $. The Valet service is terrible. We had to wait around EVERY time for them to track down a valet. Kids were absolutely everywhere. To make a long story short, this was a Days Inn quality room at a Hilton's price. Stay elsewhere.

ARRIVED AT 7PM AND HAD 3 ROOMS; ONE OF THEM HAD "mildew" ODOR; THE STAFF IMMEDIATELY OFFERED US NEW ROOM WHICH WAS FINE. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL WITH HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS SUCH AS THE BACARDI TOUR...TAKE BUS (75 CENTS) INTO OLD SAN JUAN; WALK 2 BLOCKS TO THE FERRY PIER 2; 50 CENTS; CAB FOR $3.00 TO THE FACTORY WHICH IS FREE...TOURS AVG. $50-67 PER PERSON. WE DID IT FOR 4.25. VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION; BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL; HOWEVER, VERY ROCKY SO SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN HERE REQUIRES SHORT WALK TO ANOTHER BEACH. VERY ENJOYABLE FIRST TRIP TO PUERTO RICO AND WOULD DEFINATELY COME BACK.
