We could have stayed at a much cleaner hotel and not just location

We checked in around 6:30pm. Decided not to bring r kid and was given a king size bed. We had an engagement party to attend at 8pm. When we got to our room they had given us a handicapped room. We had no where to hang are long winter coats and garment bag with are dress clothes. We had no time to switch are room because we had to get dressed for the party. We got back to the hotel at 1:30am. The next morning we noticed mold in the bathroom and lots of dust. Told them at the front desk but the lady didn't seem to interested. Will not stay again and we expected an up-to-date room.

Great hotel, centrally located near shopping and sightseeing
02/14/2013The hotel was terrifically located on the magnificent mile within walking distance to the john hancock tower and shopping. check in was wonderful and the hotel personnel were very accomodating.

Traveled with 3 kids and 4 of us adults. Registration was quick. Our rooms were comfortable and kids enjoyed view of nearby tall buildings. Location is excellent for walking any which way. Staff were always friendly and helpful, everyone from check-in to hailing cabs for our departure. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a very nice hotel experience in Chicago.

great hotel to stay at as it is within walking distance or short bus ride to all tourist attactions. conceirge will give you map with directions on ways to get everywhere including Wrigley Park for a ball game
