Great View, Clean room

We wound up taking a "family Suite" on the 20th floor when we got there. The view was beautiful, the room was clean. We were glad we went in the off season as the price was reasonable but I imagine that the price is higher and more than we would have been willing to pay in-season. We were only there one night. My husband and sons used the indoor pool they said it was nice but no towels at the pool. The workout room had a few treadmills and elipticals that looked pretty new but I didn't get to use it. The lobby was nice and the staff helpful. They said they are working on a stairway down to the falls but it was not open yet so to walk to the falls and the Table Rock building (where we had to go for "Journey Behind the Falls" tickets and tour) you have to walk a couple blocks north then down hill then back south. We had desert(we had dinner elsewhere much less expensive) in the restaurant in the hotel..~$80 for 5 people..Meals were expensive and the bottled water in the room was quite expensive and we did not order breakfast in the room or have it in the hotel, too expensive. We didn't use the wifi because it cost $10. The TV only worked on the hotel channel, got the weather off our phones. The off season prices seemed to apply to the rooms nothing else. It was a very nice room and great view so I would recommend.

I had a great upgrade to a higher room and to a suite for a nominal fee. The staff was eager to make sure everything was OK and the evening manager even remembered our name when he saw us coming in for the evening. I had a room with a jacuzzi and would recommend it for when you come in from all the walking around. The view was good but not exceptional as I anticipated. I was glad we upgraded to a higher room because I do not see how you could see it on the lower levels. The spa prices were outrageous as well as the parking cost. The pool area was nice. I was a bit disappointed there was not free breakfast. I was told it was because we had a discounted rate.

Great hotel with a beatiful view, staff was wonderful and eager to assist. parking was $25 a nite, but we knew that going in ( space is limited in Niagara Falls). Bed was comfy with soft sheets, pillows were unfortunately small & flat (uncomfortable). But not a deal breaker. Overall we would do it again, thank you for the memories.

My husband and I just spend 4 days at the Marriott Falls view for his birthday. the views were FANTASTIC!! The staff was amazing, accomodating at every turn. Dee at the tours desk was especially helpful and informative. Each tour we booked was as advertized and worth the money. Suzanne in the Terrapin Grille was a breath of fresh air and the rest of the staff especially accomodating and sweet. Even though the weather was HORRIBLE, we had a great weekend, our JR Suite was clean, nicely appointed and cozy. Shuttle services were on time and spot on. The ONLY downside at all, which really had little to do with the overall experience, the WIFI would not connect and we were charged multiple times for attempting to connect (the hotel graciously and without protest removed the charges from our bill) and the lobby Starbucks was consistently out of tea and hot beverages for most of our stay. Otherwise great experience and would highly recommend.
