The Marriott was a very nice motel, convenient location to shopping, restaurants and the subway. Being located in Times Square is priceless!!! The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were two Starbucks located on the property, which made it nice for a coffee or treat. We did not eat in the restaurant, so I have no comment on that. Although, food in NYC is very expensive. There is a Juniors Restaurant across the street, nice restaurant for sandwiches and the famous NY cheesecake. Also, if you get the opportunity to go to a Crumbs bakery, the cupcakes are DELICIOUS!!!

A very pleasant experience. Room perfect, with a great view of Times Square. When passing housekeeping staff, there was always a Good Morning. Liked the coffee set up in room. Went to cocktail bar,everyone very nice. Great view of Times Square,at the seating area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

- dont eat in the Times Square area - too expensive for very avg food & mediocre service - excellent eats a couple of blocks west on 9th ave - between 42nd & 50th streets - many choices (greek, italian, american) - excellent burgers at 5napkin burger on 44th&9th; Shake Shack at 44th & 8th - if taking tour bus, go with Grayline (Red buses) over Citysights (blue). Even though essentially same routes (& owned by same co) the red ones are more frequent and friendlier staff

07/24/2010This hotel was typical marriott. standard very high. room was perfect. location on time square is great from shows but time square is packed and difficult to navigate.

07/11/2010Hotel was exceptional. resturant at the top was a little too expensive, but the food was good. hotel staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. would recommend this hotel to everyone.
