The nicest hotel I have ever visited.
02/03/2011Overall, an excellent way to experience new york. the beds are by far the most comfortable of any hotel, which are a welcome relief after walking all over the city.

Great location for anything you want to do . Subway close by and can take you everywhere. Room size is average four people max. Beautiful view of the city but busy and noisy 24 hrs. a day.

I have visited New York over the years but this was the best hotel and location in the city for this trip. It was right next to Broadway. It had a fabulous view out our window. Easy and fun to walk around and see the city. The rooms were great. Navigating the elevators was challenging but effective once you got the hang of it. Buying play tickets right in the lobby was easy. Room service was quick and wonderful. Loved it and recommend it.

I would recommend this hotel to a friend. You pay a premium for location, but the hotel is comfortable. I requested the highest floor available, which kept the street noise at a minimum. It is close to public transportation and there is plenty to do within walking distance.

We have stayed here before and love the location. Walking distance for anywhere you might want to eat, Broadway shows, shopping, subways, etc. The elevators are a little confusing at first, but you do get used to it! Make sure to allow some time if you are coming and going during rush times. Rooms are nice.
