My husband and I had never been to New York and yes it was scary trying to pick the right hotel and sure enough we picked the perfect hotel for our stay. The room was a perfect size and the bed was great!! We also loved that it is not your typical hotel, the lobby was not on the 1st floor so that was interesting and neat at the same time. And the area where the hotel is located is just perfect, I don't think you can get any more perfect than this, you step out front and you are right outside of Time Square!!! We walked everywhere and to be honest we never took a CAB anywhere, we wanted to experience the great city!! We loved it, and the staff was wonderful when we checked in, they offered an upgrade if we wanted and also gave us directions everywhere since it was our first time visiting New York City. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! We had a great time!!

I stayed there with my two pre-teen children. Location was perfect. Incredible view of Times Square from our room. Very helpful concierge. Convenient to everything. We walked to Broadway shows and walked to Fifth Avenue to shop and to the Museum of Modern Art. The revolving restaurant on top of the Hotel is amazing. This was one of our best vacations ever.

This hotel is in a great location. Our view of Times Square was amazing. Loved the convenience and proximity to the theatres. Felt very safe, even late at night. The room was clean and updated. They were repainting the inside of the atrium, so there were tarps strapped to the railings and blocking the view of the atrium bar below. Would most definitely stay here again.
