The hotel was very clean and a good price for how nice it was. They were re-doing the parking lot during my stay, but there were still plenty of spaces even though half of the lot was closed.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Denver. The staff at the Loews Denver Hotel made my trip very pleasant. Everyone was so friendly and always willing to help. Even though I was traveling alone, I felt very welcomed and safe at the Loews Denver Hotel. The staff and the atmosphere of the hotel made me feel very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and beautifully served. I hope to visit again.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for business and have been very pleased with the consistency of my stays. While not in the heart of Cherry Creek, it's a great location for jumping in and out of town and has easy access to everything you need.

Our experience was negative and contiued and there on after. We arrived and we were delayed for 45 minutes to due poor staff. The trael agency booking and card on fille did not match our american express card. They were unprofessional and could not handle the task. As we were in a non-smoking room there was a guest in the other room who began to smoke. The whole floor was non-snoking and they asked us to move instead of the smoker. It was approximately 11:30 pm when they moved us. The inconvience and unproffesional staff was a poor hotel experience and I do not recoomend the Loews hotel to anyone. We ask to be reimbursed or credited for having this hotel on your website. Sincerly, Natalia Vigil

I have no idea where some of these reviewers stayed, because it was apparently not at the Loews Denver Hotel. Although the amenities were fine, the rooms were clean, and the hotel staff was helpful, this hotel needs some new decor. The hotel was probably very nice at one time, but the rooms were definitely well-used. I would probably not stay at this hotel again, at least not for a four-star price.
