I have a 2 year old daughter and a 14 year old son. The staff was very helpful in finding me a room that would accommodate my family of 4. We felt right at home, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The character breakfast was GREAT!!!

Love this hotel! Great Location (Across the street from Downtown Disney), Great Prices, Great Amenities, Kid friendly! We live in Tampa, have annual Disney passes, and needed a nice place to stay for a quick get-away. This hotel was perfect for us! Although not an actual Disney park hotel, it's one of the Disney-affiliated hotels that are located around Downtown Disney. It even has its own mini-Disney & convenience store. My son's allergies were acting up and I had forgotten to bring his children's Benadryl. This store had all the basic children's meds. (as well as adult meds.) one would need. Their breakfast buffet was good and even has character breakfasts several times a week! It was great! The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 Stars to Room Quality was that the water pressure in our room was weak. Other than that, no other complaints! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The selling point for us was the play area for an infant. It allowed us to unwind after a day of activity. So close to Disney Downtown we may never stay anyplace else - the closest in terms of walking distance.
