check-in was fast and hasslefree! Asked for and got an upgrade right on the bay for next to nothing! Staff was friendly and very profesional! Rooms were a little dated but price was right. Didnt hurt that the temps were in the high 80's either. Definatly would stay here again!

The beds were not comfortable. The cushions on the sofa had holes in them. There was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. It smelled musty. The sliding glass door didn't seem like it was secure which was unsettling because we were on the ground floor. I felt like they put us in an inferior quality room because I had children with me.

check-in was extremely frustrating. check-in time is 4pm and at 4:45pm, my room still was not ready. i was given another room at no extra charge. the young lady at the front desk was rude, but the young man was very helpful. the location was great-close to Sea World and the beaches. the room was clean. i was disappointed that there was not a complimentary breakfast included as most hotels do now. the free internet was a plus.
