    We had two young children and needed a crib brought to our room. The staff got it up to our room before we got there. It was very clean and the staff were so friendly. The bedding was out of this world for comfort. we enjoyed and would recommend it to anyone.

    I thought that this hotel was very nice. Ive stayed in a lot of nice places and this tops the charts. The rooms were very clean and up to date. I loved the ideal of the starbucks and the raw bar. That was nice. Also the valet parking was fast and very sufficent. I will be back.

    we had a great time, and everything about the hotel we loved! we will def stay here again, we are actually planning another trip and this hotel will sure be hearing from us again!!! the location is great, the people are super nice, theres soo much to do and the hotel overall was awsome!!!

    This hotel is near Universal Orlando, is just like a mile away, not too far to walk. It has a good swimming pool, thay give you all facilities. The room was good, comfortable and very clean, This was my vacation trip with my girlfriend. nice view of the surroundings. Close to restaurants like TGI Fridays which is crossing the street. But they charge daily for parking and for internet access.Close to mayor highways like I75 and Florida Turnpike. and like 10 minutes away from Sea World.If you want to shopping there is a Outlet close ot the hotel.I would stay again

    The room was very clean and secure but that's it. there was no refrigerator and a bottle of wine that you could buy at publix for $5.99 cost ...

    The room was very clean and secure but that's it. There was no refrigerator and a bottle of wine that you could buy at Publix for $5.99 cost almost $30 at the hotel. I know they have to have some mark-up but that's just ridiculous. On top of that, it took five attempts at calling room service to even get someone to answer. The front desk staff was awesome however and they give you some pretty terrific cookies at check in. The only perk to this hotel is it's proximity to Universal Studios. I say save your money and stay a little further from the park.
