The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and across the street from Universal Studios. Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms as well as nice views. Now that's the good, here's the bad. The staff is rude and seem to have no idea of what is in the area other than Universal. We asked housekeeping 3 times to change a stained comforter on our bed but it was never done. One day we flipped it over and they thought they could fool us so they flipped it back. Also asked in room dining for a bucket of ice and I'm still waiting for that.

Hotel was VERY clean! transportation was great! Hotel is on a trolley stop and there are free shuttles to the parks. Housekeeping was wonderful and the staff treated us very well. My son and I can't wait to go back!

These hotel the a great service and good staff. The only problem i had was the parking the was $9.00 a day and the Breadfast was $ for 2 adoult and 2 kid. i think it was to expensive went the kid only had fruit and a toast. but overall the servive it great close to everything and alot to do inside the hotel. went cant go wrong we these hotel.. Excellent service...
