    Comfortable, clean and convient hotel to stay at! Staff was very friendly and they really want to accomidate your stay. Also a safe place to stay at we did not even need to put are things in a safe. Would stay again!!! Many other things to do right out side our hotel - great location.

    They wanted money for everything!!! Twelve dollars a day to park your car. I expected to be charged for the air I was breathing. The room was no better than a Holiday Inn. Wide screen TV no HD.

    The hotel was wonderful. clean, updated, comfortable with friendly staff. no a/c in elevators or vestibules, but otherwise great. nice courtyard with fountain to enjoy a cup of coffee ...

    The hotel was wonderful. Clean, updated, comfortable with friendly staff. No A/C in elevators or vestibules, but otherwise great. Nice courtyard with fountain to enjoy a cup of coffee or sandwich. Pool and jacuzzi with bar. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay there on all future Orlando trips!

    As we entered our room, noticed the carpet was soaked from the closet to one side of the bed. called front desk, sent someone to change the air conditioner filter. ...

    As we entered our room, noticed the carpet was soaked from the closet to one side of the bed. Called front desk, sent someone to change the air conditioner filter. Called front desk, no other rooms available. Sent someone with a water vacuum. Carpet still soaked. Someone brought in a LOUD fan, so we had to leave our room from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. in hopes it would dry. NOT DRY. Due to having rented a 2nd room for the 4 kids (whose room was just fine) we had no choice but to stay. We advised the manager the next morning the carpet was STILL wet and he apologized for the inconvenience. Sorry, but stepping over on my side of the bed the next morning into a wet floor was more than a little inconvenient.
