The room was very noisy. We could hear everyone in the rooms next to us, below us and above us. You can also hear the train. The bathtub was filthy, I am not sure if it was even cleaned so we tried to clean it but it would not come clean. They charge for internet and it is expensive! When I asked about how the bus works the Staff person was very short with me and didn't even answer me when I asked him if there was a bus route available, the person in line behind me showed me where the bus info was. The buffet was good and once you figure out the bus it is very easy to take to get to the other Casinos. I probably would not stay here again.

I would recommend the stratosphere to others because of it's value and decent overall ambiance. The staff is fairly friendly and the hotel is fairly clean. The parking garage is awkward and has very few signs for exit and confusing. Not many stores and restaurants around the area and generally further down the strip. I would stay there again if I attend another conference or convention in the future.
