The food made us sick, the housekeeping never took trash from the room, the water pressure was ridiculously low, maintenance attempted to fix the heater/air conditioner but we were stuck with cold air while it was fifty degrees outside due to incompetence, and not only does the hotel charge you a $7.50 convenience fee per day they require you to pay $11.99 for 24 hours of internet.

For this being my first visit to Vegas, the Stratosphere was incredible!

We had alot of fun at the Stratosphere. There were plenty of things to do there, and the staff was excellent. The buffet, Roxy's, C-Bar were our favorite places to frequent. Vallet service was primo, and they ensured the security of my car. They were always making sure we knew our way when going out on the town.

One of our most memorable moments from this trip would have to be our dinner in revolving restaurant in the Tower. We could see all over Las Vegas that night not to mention riders on the amusements on top of the building. Very unique! The bed was very comfortable however the view ( and we requested a room with a view) from the 23 floor overlooked the garage in the foreground and the highway in the background. Not what I would call an exciting view of 'the city that never sleeps'. This was even after our room was changed from the ninth floor # looking dead at the garage# at an additional cost per night! The location was super, we could access many venues from the Straosphere by walking or a short taxi ride. I would stay here again in the future but, would specify a room on the 'city' side of the building next time.
