For value, you won't be disappointed. Staff was professional and very helpful. The room(we upgraded to select remodel) was clean and serviced daily. We did have a smoke smell each morning from the vent in the bathroom. The casino atmosphere was acceptable. The Tower restaurant was awesome. Costly but well worth it. You sacrifice some amenities. Transportation to the strip or downtown. The RTC bus 3-day pass is the way to go. You are away from both areas and you cannot walk to either. The RTC is a value. Use it if you stay. Surcharge on Wifi. No free breakfast. Roxy restaurant is cool. The noise level was excellent. Almost soundproof. For all you 1%'s, this is not the place for you. For the rest of us, you should be satisfied

IT was so pretty at night with all the lights lit, you can see way down The Strip. The decor inside was very nice. Everything was just great. I loved all the little shops upstairs. I went on the Insanity ride, it was scary at first, but fun. This was my first time in Vegas, I loved the casino. All in all, it was great and I would definitely come back again.

Our room was very average. There was a very small window in the room. I think the rooms in Vegas should all have a bigger windows so you can see the view. When we got there we asked for a better room but they said there wasn't any available which I know is not true because there weren't that many people at hotel. We were there for 2 nights but we never had our room cleaned either. In other words I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I guess you get what you pay for!!!

The Valet is quick and efficient, hotel has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from pool side and rooms, services were correct and on time, had a package mailed from out of state with no issues and timely delivery. upgraded and moved my room upon request and was very understanding. gong back soon and it will be the 3rd time in a year, love it!
