The staff at this hotel need a course on proper customer service. The bathroom is tiny and I had to have the service manager come and see the dirt and grime in the shower and on walls. Management was more concerned with being right verses understanding the concerns of the customer. Would not recommend staying here. No entertainment value.

had such a good time at stratosphere. The rides on top of the tower are amazing. Loved it! The buffet at this hotel also has a large variety of food to choose from. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Will definitely go back to the Stratosphere. I can't wait. Very affordable and awesome savings.
