Service was horrible, except for the diner. Cocktail waitresses must not need the money, because they never returned with drinks, 3 times.... And the front desk staff definately needs to work on smiling. The nicest person in there was a custodian who spoke to me and smiled every morning! He needs a raise!

On check in we requested a non smoking room. When we got to our room it smelled like a smoker had just left. Called the front desk and they were very accommodating and sent a bell hop with new keys and took us to another room. The first (smokey) room was a little small but the second room was great.

from the time we got to the airport to the time we arrived back home experience was great, hotel experience great checked in, to a beautiful room, over looking the entire las vegas, room service great, manger of stratosphere made us feel very welcome, and really made us feel like this was a one and a life time experience, loved everything about the statosphere, will definatly go back everytime we visit vegas love it
