Shower head covered in green mold and black slime. Carpet stained. No wall plug by bed for cell phone. Bed uncomfortable, mattress cheap. Nonsmoking floor, people smoking in hall and at elevator underneath no smoking signs. Noisy. No free internet.

Made to feel extremely welcome and received an upgraded room, which was very nice. Had brought our pet thinking it would go home that night, but not possible, after too much celebrating. He was secured in dog house with water, but Security walked the dog off and on all night, gave fresh water, and we were able to take him back home the next day to finish our stay. Apologize for the inconvenience, but they made it possible and turned an unfortunate incident into a good one. Our appreciation cannot be expressed enough. We loved the hotel and will stay there again.

Great place to stay, but you can't walk to strip. Rooms are very clean. Our room had an awesome view! Several restaurants to choose from inside hotel. Even has a mini shopping mall! View from the Top of the World is SO breathtaking. Will probably get a suite next time.

Hotel was clean,friendly ,and a good value. I would stay again. The room was clean and the bed was awesome.The only negative is there were no bell hop carts or people where the shuttle drops you off and we had a ton of bags. The walk with very heavy bags was thru the whole casino. The restaurants on premises were great too.
