The room was very plain. Tv and bed that's all! The bathroom was a nice size. You have to pay extra a day for cable and wifi, which is expensive. The hotel is at the very end of the strip. The hotel was nice! There's alot to do in the hotel. We checked out a day early. We wasn't impressed!!

I loved the hotel it was clean and very nice and up to date. My bathroom did keep blowing a fuse when I would have both the bathroom and vanity light on. It was perfectly situated to walk to the mall. I enjoyed my stay. I was not happy about the resort fee because I did not use any of the things it covered. But it was small enough not to hurt too much.

Rooms look out dated, bathroom counter had crack running through it, walls are paper thin and could hear everything in next room. Concierge was not very helpfull with anything and seemed bothered by any questions. Tower view was breath taking. Casino servers would come by every half an hour or longer for drink service. Maybe one server for whole floor area the whole 4 days spent there. Buffet not worth the price of admission for selection and hotel hosts worst McDonalds of all time. Overall, stay was fair.

This hotel was very disappointing. Tourists should be careful not to waste their money on upgrading to Tower Select suites. Save your $70 bucks for meals. We checked in on the 16th floor, which was supposedly a non-smoking floor, but the room reeked of cigar smoke. The jetted tub was awful. We then moved to the 21st floor where the room and everything else was better. My advice to tourists: BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS and TOILET PAPER. The towels were so DINGY and the toilet paper was made of recyclable material that it left much to be desired; I would not use that in my home. The other annoying thing is the endless recorded messages you listen to for minutes on end waiting for the front desk or concierge desk to answer your call. The best thing was room service; I liked the people who took our calls and delivered our meals timely. Find another hotel and have dinner at the Tower Restaurant. That is the only great thing about this hotel.

  • Very adequate price to comfort and convenience ratio.

One could get lost within casino trying to find even the elevator except for good signage, which I can't say the State hwy system can equal within Las Vegas. We never got lost within Stratosphere but consistently got lost on the hwy system for lack of proper signage. The State must think everyone has a GPS. What a messy system. Only failure during our stay.
