This was our third stay and Bill's and had always been very satisfied with everything--service. location, value. But not this time. Our room was not what we requested, so we asked for another room and were told none were available. We could check back in the morning, but we shouldn't expect any change. They were able to give us a new room--overlooking the air conditioning units that ran 24/7. Overall, we did not find the same friendly, welcoming service that we had experienced on our previous 2 visits. Not what we expected for repeat customers--we have already starting looking for a new place for our next trip to Vegas.

Great place! Not fancy but clean and comfortable rooms. Great parking arrangement. And the best thing is the short walk from the room to the street or garage. The show Pete and Chuck do in the casino is a great way to start the afternoon. And a good reason to stay there. Management ! Don't let them get away!!

This was mine and my husbands first trip to Vegas, after reading lots of reviews and talking with different people who have made the trip to Vegas, Bills Gambling Hall was our choice...And a great choice it was. We checked in after 10:00 p.m. with NO PROBLEMS what so ever, in fact they were ready and waiting for our arrival. The staff was great!! We loved the fact that Bill's is right in the middle of the the strip, right in the middle of everything yet still small enough we didn't have to be overwhelmed or worry about getting lost. After walking around and looking at all the other casinos and hotels, we KNOW we made the best choice for us. The Big Elvis show is a MUST, very entertaining and free! We have told all our friends what a great place Bill's is and we can't wait to plan our next trip to Vegas. Bill's Gambling Hall is certainly where we will be staying!!!
