Important Hotel Information
- The 9.95 Nightly Resort Fee includes the following resort services: WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, Fitness Center, In-Room Safes, Sports Courts Access, Putt Putt Golf, Boarding Pass Printing, Bike Rentals and Sports Equipment Rentals.
Pet Policy: A 75 refundable deposit is required at check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. A separate 80 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. Two pets (cats and/or dogs) are allowed with total combined weight not to exceed 60 lbs. There are breed limitations. Registered service animals are not subject to Hotel Providers pet policy and are not subject to any security deposit for their animal. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pet and for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their pets. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Hotel Provider, its employees and its respective affiliates, harmless from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pets.

First room's A.C. was broken and had a mildew odor. The staff was not apologetic and moved us into another room which had 2 roaches on the counter (I still have video footage). So then we had to be moved to a third room, which was dirty and was smelly. There were cans of beer and wrappers around and under the bed. It was awful. At this point I felt guilty to ask for another room. I would never stay here again because of the roached, lack of professional staff and over all uncleanliness.

This was a last minute change to our schedule in Orlando and it was a bargain. However, it was busy. It is a large complex. However, I would recommend it because it was convenient, clean and not too costly. My only complaint is that they limit you to one wifi connection. Not very convenient if you have wifi on your phone, ipad and laptop. You literally have to disconnect before you can connect the next unit. And, it was not free, you had to pay a "resort" fee which covered use of amenities.
