slow check in and unhappy staff run down and dirty

upon arrival from airport there was one man out side the front doors for baggage help and information their was a line almost to the gambleing floor and more people coming in it took 30 minutes to check in and then our room was not what we had reserved and had to change it then ha dto hike to our room carrying all ou rluggage with no help or offer of help from anyone then our room was quite a walk to get to very un happy with level of service and the rrom was dirty the tub had a ring in it of fillth and grime from who knows who concidering the level of service didnt want o even go back to front desk to ask for new room we will never stay here again on the whole it seemed to be run down and dirty and dark if you do stay here bring plenty of hand sanitizer!!!

Definitely would stay here again. It was my first time in Vegas, and there are far fancier hotels but this was the cheapest and served us well. We stayed in the west tower. No special amenities. Just a basic room but clean. Comfortable bed... Easy to access transportation. Quiet and all around worth the price!
