My family and I stayed for 4 days in April. We loved our hotel, it was a good choice. You can never get bored just by staying in the hotel. I would stay here again, it was a good travel package with our flights. I don't like how the lines at the lobby were so long. The staff needs to be faster on helping people. When we checked in our room wasn't ready yet, so we had to wait around. Luckily a family friend came with us too, so we put our luggage in their room for a while. We requested a room next to theirs and they gave it to us. There is a stand to buy tickets for shows in the hotel this line also took forever. But overall a good trip. I'm addicted to that virtual blackjack game at that hotel :)

I had read all the reviews for this hotel, and was expecting pretty bad... actually it is great if you have your kids.The place is full of kids, and that is just fine if you have your own! We stayed in the West Tower and the rooms were clean and fine, nothing fancy, but fine. The west tower is convenient to all things kids, and my family loved the Adventuredome and the midway! Downside: The food is pretty bad!

All the reviewers are right, this place is teeming with kids which is great if you have them! Mine loved it! The advenduredome, the midway, they loved it! Easy, and fun. The west tower rooms were great! Clean, comfi and close to all the kid fun!

A zoo to say the least. Rooms were adequate a bed and bath and clean towels. The room temp was either freezing or hot nothing in between. They closed the pool at 6pm every night and closed it one day when it was a bit windy (other hotel pools were open) very hard to explain to a child waiting all day to swim. Rooms did not get cleaned until between 4-5 just at the time you were returning to get dressed and cleaned up for dinner. The best thing was the Steakhouse restaurant, spendy but worth every dollar. An oasis of sanity and refinement. Will come back to the Steakhouse but not the hotel....too many other better options for families
