06/18/2012We had absolutely no issues with this hotel. all the staff was very helpful and friendly. we did not even leave circus circus until the 3rd day we were there.

The new rooms clean and seemed a higher quality than a standard room in Vegas. Really liked the tower rooms. Didn't like the facility tax considering we didn't make use of the wifi or fitness center.

I visited with my two young children. When we arrived the checkin line was obnoxiously long. Over 1600 guests in line to check in. There was a major event in town. The guest services agents were incredible with controlling the line and came around pulling out of line guests with young children and elderly and brought us to the front. I had a bit of trouble with my reservation through my travel company, but the agent took care of us very quickly. I was very impressed with the agents involved. we also had great service from the agents at the Adventuredome. Overall experience was great. Thanks and we will definitely return to this hotel
