One of the older hotels but the location is wonderful. Right on the beach. I've stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. There is renovating going on to the lounge which has no adverse effect on the hotel itself. If I had any negative comment it would be the rooms could use a face lift. Rooms are clean but bathrooms are worn and furniture could be upgraded. We had a problem with the door going out to the balcony. We called the desk and within minutes someone was there to fix it. We found the personnel very accomodating. The room was equipped with a microwave, coffee pot and small refrigerator, which we found very helpful. All in all it was a good experience. I would definately stay there again.

have stayed in many hotels and resorts,as i love to travel. This was a great stay room was comfortable not new but very clean. Beds were average for hotel.Sheets and towels very clean. No bugs here,that i could see.Pool was clean and right on the ocean .great visit plan to return.

The location was GREAT!! Pool was clean and a nice size. Bartenders were friendly and informative; made suggestions were to dine, dance, and have a good time. Staff was great!! They even helped us check-in for our flight at the hotel before we checked out. Beds were super comfy. Jet skies available at the hotel. There is a gift shop in the hotel, which has snacks, swim suits, & sun block. For the money, I would go back in a heart beat. My boyfriend and I are already planning our next trip back!! My only one negative experience was the bathroom in my hotel room; they could use some remodeling; which they are in the process of doing. The Polo Lounge was undergoing construction when we were there. But, for the money, and location...I couldn't ask for anything more!!! Please note, the reviews previously written are not completely accurate. There is a safe charge per day of $1.00 - which is communicated to you when you check-in. There is a $25.00 per day charge held on your debit card - which is also communicated to you when you check-in; not to mention the money was back in my account 2 days after I checked out. The hotel staff does suggest using a major credit card, when you hand them the ATM/DEBIT card.

This hotel is average at best, but that is what we were expecting...it's rated as a 3 star and it is what it is...rooms were cleaned daily, some staff was very friendly, some not so much, but oh well...a word of caution: be prepared to pay extra for EVERYTHING. If you do not return the supposedly ""free"" towels at the pool by 6, it's a $10 per towel penalty...internet use is 2 dollars for 5 minutes and there is only one computer...restaurant food is pricey for what it is, though the food is okay......you will be charged each time you even pick up the phone, so use your cell for all calls...cab and shuttle service from airport ranges from $35-$45...15% tips are automatically added to EVERY check you get, no matter how bad and/or slow the service is...location is good, close to McDonald's, Winn Dixie and CVS, among other shops...beach is wonderful and the pool deck was impressive, great ocean view...overall, we had a good time and the place is passable, but if you have the extra room financially, stay somewhere nicer with less fees and slightly better customer service

We choose to have a family reunion at this hotel and what a big mistake. We started planning in March 2008 and the reunion was Labor Day weekend. One week before we were to go they told us that the room for our banquet was being remodeled. OMG. We got there they staff was not very helpful or friendly. At the banquet we felt rushed, they took our plated before when could answer if we here done. the space that they gave us was very tight. The so called security guard at night was a grouch. I would not stay here again or send anyone else there.
