Myself and 5 friends just came back from staying here on 5.11.10 we were there for 4 nights and I can honestly say that we would all stay again. The room is clean the staff was courteous and the bartenders at the Tiki bar were awesome. The only drawback is that it is a bit pricey for adult beverages at the bar but hey youre at the beach what do you expect? Theres also another Tiki bar next door that keeps it rocking as well plus good eats a few blocks away at the Ocean Grill.

Yes, they did charge $* for valet parking, but so did every place else you wanted to park in the area. The chaise lounges on property were free, it's the ones down at the beach rented by a third party vendor that were $* each or $* for the two person/umbrella set up. The staff were professional, but NOT friendly, at all. Drinks at the Tiki Bar were $9 for a simple mixed drink. No music or entertainment in the Tiki Bar area. go next Door to the south of this place. MUCH better set up!

Those where the words said to me when I told the manager that the room I was given was not like the website. I asked for the room shown on the website and was told that all of the rooms were the same. My room was dark, damp, holes in the comforter, dirty bathrooms with cochroaches. I asked to move to another room, and was told "I cant and wont help you - your room is your room". I prepaid for my room, which was a mistake. They stated they would not refund my money, although we checked out within 15 min of checking in. They put a hold on our credit card and said that it would be released immendiatley. They ended up charging the card as a purchase and we had to call the bank and get our money back that way. According to my bank they are faudulent in reporting their hotel as nice and respectable vs a dump, Of course they didnt actually post what their rooms actually looked like....nobody would ever stay there!

05/28/2009They do not list there ad on fees until after you make your reservations. they are mot listed on there web site.. if you don,t cancel before 72 hours ...
THEY DO NOT LIST THERE AD ON FEES UNTIL AFTER YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS. THEY ARE MOT LISTED ON THERE WEB SITE.. IF YOU DON,T CANCEL BEFORE 72 HOURS YOUR DONE. R.A.LANG 5/28/09
