Really not a bad place as far as the stay. It has elevator just to take you to the pool area on each for a nice hot tub and pool, big lay out area. The only beef I have with them is that they try real hard to trick you into valeting your car every time you come in. Second when we check in the charge you 75 bucks to hold on too and give you a card that allows you to spend that 75 buck with out having to carry around your credit card probably for pool use and what have you. But the guy said they charge ten dollars a night parking, but it would go back on your card at the end of your stay. So they take 75 and then you get your 75 back if you don't use it, I'm okay with that. But, thats not the truth they do charge you 10 dollars a night for parking and you don't get it back plus if you don't valet it you have to walk across the the street to park you car. Good stay just some tricks and hidden fees.

Not sure why the bad comments on this place. Yesit is older and slightly run downbut right on the beachpool is so close and staff were very friendly. We did not like the first room we hadand they let us changeno big deal. We loved the priceif you want just a good relaxing placethis is it! Very low key! We had fun at the Tiki bar next door for more roudy fun! Will stay again this year!!

Lobby is a Hilton: Rooms are Motel 6. When I checked in they tried a double rather than the King I reserved. When I called the manager they tried to give me a King smoking. Only when I called Travel online and got them involved did I get the room I reserved. Valet was good but the beachhead is small: only 25 yards from the wall to the surf. Beach was packed on a busy day. I will pick a national brand next time.

The front lobby and the tiki bar was nice but that is where it ends. The customer service was horrible, I have never been treated this bad in my life. They made us feel stupid, they did help us with our bags, and they had hidden fees left and right (parking is * dollars a day, they charged us for the room safe but we never used it, they charge * dollars for the bell hop to take you to your room). The rooms where really run down, the balconys dripped nasty mold water on you, and the eleavators rarely worked. I would never tell anyone to go there and i will not be coming back.

The hotel its self is decent, but the staff is so rude. I only met two people out of the whole entire staff that was nice, the two bar tenders at the tiki bar. I was expecting a nice relaxing vacation, but a soon as I there to check in I was greeted with an additude from the front desk. My mother was going to pay for my hotel stay as my wedding gift with her credit card. Being that it was my vacation she was not there. The staff said she was not able to pay for it on her credit card becuase she was not there. So I had to give them mine, they said they would not charge anything to my card and that when my mother came at the end of the trip, that they would charge it to her credit card. Sounded like a good plan to me. Untill I called my bank to check my balance and the hotel had already charge the hotel stay on my card. So I went up to the front desk to find out what happen, they gave me a whole other story. I stood they for 15 minutes arguing with them about what they had told me early. At the end of it there was nothing they could do the charges had already been made. Cutting my spending money in half because they actually took out more money then they had to. My room wasn't too bad, the bathroom looked like it had been redone but it was too tiny. The pool area and beach were nice, but the tiki bar's drink prices were outrageous! Apparently your not allowed to sit the at the tables on the pool deck, because we were rudely asked to leave.
