From the minute we arrived until we left our overall experience was great! Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food at the hotel was good and the tiki bar was very good too. The staff was fantastic from housekeeping to tiki bar. Beautiful view from the pool deck of the ocean; however the partial ocean view from the room was more of a view of the neighboring hotel that was under major construction repairs during our stay. Close to shopping & other tourist attactions. Would definitely go back.

The accommodations were ok except for the double size beds. Im 6 ft. tall and double is not big (long) enough. I think queen is more standard in most hotels. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Too soft. Also, be prepared to be charged $* extra per day for using the parking lot unless you want to walk about 500 ft. to the "other lot". Whats up with that? The bottom line word is "acceptable". You get what you pay but no one should settle for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

price was too much considering this was a sub par hotel. ive stayed in luxury hotels before for way less. bar was a joke. staff was average. reserved a king sized bed and got two doubles. tv selection was good. patios are not private at all, which is why the doors are triple locked. one of those establishments who give the appearance of a resort but none of the amenities to back it up. find another place for the $.

what happened to ft lauderdale (last time here 1980 high school trip) this place is beautiful beach area updated restaurants / bars fun (wife & i had a great time ) ocean sky perfect location excellent pool area step down to the beach - no complaints stayed 5 nights will be back ( much better than i expected)

Awesome location. You just walk out the back door and onto the deck and there's the beach. What more could you ask for? The rooms are good in a non frequented part of town and nothing is fancy. But you can see the Atlantic from your balcony and that's sweet. I don't necessarily need things to be froo froo when I travel to the beach, so the location made this place perfect.
