- Property currently under construction (8am - 6pm) through June.
- Front desk and restaurant temporarily moved to meeting space. The pool will be closed until 3/31 and fitness center will be moved to meeting space. Guest room renovations will continue through June, but will not impact guests.

Overall good hotel, glad to hear that they are about to undergo a renovation, it's needed. Only disappointment was that they ran credit holds on my card everyday that I was there even though I never charged anything to my room. Kinda strange and they still have dropped off my card after 3 days.

The room was set up so as the door to the hallway was separate from the room. That made me feel safer. Even though there was a huge convention going on during my stay, the staff was attentive to my needs, too. All events are within walking distance...the Great American Ballpark is about a 15-20 minute walk.

Rooms were small and outdated with fuzzy tube tvs. The bar was understaffed. They messed up our reservation and could not fix it because there were no king rooms available. They told us it was our mistake but my reservation clearly states king. Doors were pretty noisy. On the bright side the location was great and the valet parking was fast.

My stay at the Hyatt was very good! NO COMPLAINTS! All of the staff made us feel very welcome and like we were a priority to them, Clean, and within walking distance to lots of things in downtown Cinci! Although, our room has a slight mildew smell to it, I was still pleased! I would recommend this to anyone! :)
